Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Swimwell Pools India Private Limited, we strive to deliver top-tier swimming pool construction, renovation, equipment supply, and maintenance services. Because our work involves custom manufacturing, structural engineering, and specialized project planning, our Cancellation & Refund Policy is structured to balance client flexibility with our raw materials and labor commitments.

1. Swimming Pool Construction Contracts

All custom swimming pool construction projects are governed strictly by the signed project agreement (Contract Form). The cancellation terms for construction projects are as follows:

• Initial Booking / Advance Deposit: The initial booking deposit is non-refundable once the site survey, architectural drawing, and local planning permits submission process has initiated.
• Pre-Excavation Stage: If a contract is cancelled by the client prior to excavation but after engineering drawings have been finalized, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total contract value will apply to cover engineering, administrative, and design costs.
• Post-Excavation & Structural Shell Stage: Once excavation, structural steel, or concrete pouring has commenced at the site, no cancellations are accepted, and the client remains liable for payments corresponding to all completed milestones as outlined in the Contract Form.

2. Pool Renovation & Relining Services

For pool renovation, relining (including premium PVC membrane waterproofing), or filtration system upgrades:

• Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled project start date.
• If custom-sized materials (such as tailored PVC membrane lining, specialized pumps, or custom filtration tanks) have already been procured or imported for the project, the cost of these custom materials plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any refundable deposit.

3. Swimming Pool Equipment & Retail Products

For stand-alone retail equipment orders (such as pumps, filters, automatic pool covers, robotic cleaners, sauna heaters, or bathtubs):

• Cancellation: You may request cancellation of an equipment order within 24 hours of payment, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Returns: Dispatched products can be returned within 7 business days of delivery only if they are unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Refunds on Return: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund minus a 15% restocking and handling fee. Custom-ordered or imported items (e.g. customized automatic pool covers) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Routine Maintenance & Servicing Packages

For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and routine servicing packages:

• Clients may cancel an active AMC by providing 30 days written notice to info@swimwell.co.in.
• Refunds for the remaining unused months of the contract will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, subject to a administrative processing fee equivalent to one month of servicing.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original bank account, credit card, or payment method used during the transaction. Any bank charges, transaction gateway fees, or taxes incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.
