Building a pool in Pune & Lonavala: what we plan for
Hillside & infinity pools
Sloping plots in the ghats suit infinity-edge pools. We plan the structure, retaining walls and balance tanks for the terrain.
Rock & uneven terrain
Excavation on rocky ground needs the right method and structural design – we assess the site before finalising the pool layout.
Heavy ghat monsoon
Lonavala and the ghats receive very heavy rain. Overflow, drainage and post-monsoon cleaning are built into the plan.
Weekend-home care
Pools that are used only on weekends need scheduled maintenance, covers and automation so they stay clean between visits.
